Refund Policy

We want credits to be useful, so the refund rules are deliberately simple.

Failed jobs cost nothing

If a job fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Unused credits

Unused credit purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase, minus any credits you have already spent. Email 15334786577@163.com with your PayPal transaction ID and we will process it back to the original payment method.

Pro plans

Pro plans can be cancelled and refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 7 days. After that the plan runs to the end of its period.

What we cannot refund

Credits already spent on completed jobs, because the processing has been delivered. If a completed job did not do what you expected, contact us anyway — if the tool behaved differently from its description we will credit you back.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please email us before contacting your bank. Every job and download is logged, and we would rather fix it directly than argue about it later.
